Agreement between the Trustees of the late Sir John Pender and The Pumpherston Oil Company Limited re. Compensation for ground damaged under lease of Seafield minerals. Sewn with red stitches. Dated 1st & 9th February 1934, the document is accompanied by a map titled Plan No. I showing the area of 23.72 acres covered in the agreement in blue, the lands of Seafield in green outline, the roads in buff and the haulage road of 0.35 acres in red.
