Dated 4th & 17th October 1905 and registered 18th November 1905, the lease involves a piece of land next to the Camps Branch of the North British Railway. Also attached is a plan at the rough scale of 1:2500, dated August 1905 and signed by Alexander W. Macnaughtan, architect.
