Lease between Charles Gibson McLagan and The Pumpherston Oil Company Limited. Dated 4th & 17th October 1905 and registered 18th November 1905, the lease involves a piece of land next to the Pumpherston works where a new siding is to be built. Attached is a plan at the rough scale of 1:2500, dated August 1905 and signed by Alexander W. Macnaughtan, architect. This shows the land involved in pink, the Pumpherston works in grey, the roads in brown and areas of water in blue.
