Description
Lease between The Pumpherston Estates Limited and The Pumpherston Oil Company Limited - Sites of Baths and Laboratory and Site of New Water Pump House, at Pumpherston Oil Works. Dated 6th and 24th July 1942 and recorded 29th August 1942. The lease is accompanied by a plan at the scale of 1:2500 showing the location of the new baths in pink (0.96 acres), the laboratory (0.48 acres) in yellow, and the pump house (0.103 acres) in blue. The plan is dated 5.8.1940 and is titled Plan showing additional ground to be taken in by site of new laboratory and baths at Pumpherston Works also site of new water pump house at West Pond.
