To be presented to the Ninth Annual General Meeting of the Company on 28th March 1963. Also included is the Consolidated Balance Sheet and Consolidated Profit and Loss Account of Scottish Oils Limited and Subsidiary Companies. During the year the Company disposed of its shareholdings in The Broxburn Oil Company Limited, The Oakbank Oil Company Limited and the Pumpherston Oil Company Limited to the British Petroleum Company Limited and also acquired the shareholdings of Young's Paraffin and Light Oil Company Limited in Shell-Mex and B.P. Limited and in Candles Limited.
