Technical drawing extensions to Oakbank Institute the proposed Heating Apparatus. Plan dated 23rd December 1929 to a scale of 1:96 showing basement and ground floor of the building with a cross-section. Prepared by Scottish Oils Ltd., Middleton Hall, Uphall, Architectural Dept. It shows the pipes, radiators and boilers forming the heating apparatus in red ink, these dated 31st December 1929 and prepared by Mackenzie and Moncur Ltd., Heating Engineers.
