Institute for Workmen at Winchburgh, for Messrs Scottish Oils Limited, Quarter Inch Plan showing Joisting. Plan dated 11th November 1928 and drawn to a scale of 1:48. Plan is drawn in red, with the joisting shown in green. The plan has been amended to show the proposed layout of gas heaters, marked in pencil and in blue ink.
