Printed report of Jury Trial in the cause in which E W Binney & Company (Manufacturing Chemists, Bathgate) are Pursuers and the Clydesdale Chemical Company, defenders, for infringement of Patent for the manufacture of Paraffine Oil and Paraffine from Bituminous Coal. Tried at Edinburgh before the Lord President and a jury on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th and 7th November 1860. Reported by J Irvine Smith, Short-Hand writer.
