Undated typed list (two copies) and a handwritten copy of "Ground Let for Garages etc at Winchburgh" detailing the name of lessees of the ground let, their address, date of agreement (handwritten column), use of ground (e.g. motor garage, motor cycle garage, hut, pigeon loft, small tool house, children's recreational ground and glasshouse), date paid to and annual rental. The dates of agreement range from 17th April 1937 to 19th September 1962. All rents are listed as being paid to 1963.
