Description
Two copies (one hardback and one soft covered) of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Oakbank Oil Company as altered at an Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 8th May 1957. Originally dated 1932. Both have handwritten amendments to the documents (different amendments and additions on each). Only one soft covered copy present in file and contains no handwritten amendments. BP retained the hardcopy.
