Digital copy of photocopied black and white photocopied photograph featuring a seated crowd at a ceremony, possibly Robert Crichton's retirement event in 1954.
In the front row, the lady with the fur collar was Margaret Rae (donor's mother). David Moir (cousin of Margaret Rae) is seated at the end of the first row on the left and behind him is Chrissy Robertson with the glasses on. Chrissy's husband, Charles Robertson, is seated next to her with his head slightly bowed. Chrissy and Margaret were sisters. This image was taken post 1952 as Charles and Chrissy Robertson married that year.
Chrissy and Margaret were also the sisters of Helen (Nellie) Noble, manager of the Coop Drapery in Pumpherston.
