Minute of Agreement between The Linlithgow District Committee of Road Trustees and Young's Paraffin Light and Mineral Oil Company Limited. Application to lead the railway that goes from the shale mine at Glendeveon and the oilworks at Niddry across the road leading from the Bellsmill to the Ecclesmachanroad by means of a level crossing.
