Hand written with signatures.Includes plan of part of Kilpunt Farm showing ground occupied by Newliston Railway belonging to Young's Paraffin Light and Mineral Oil Co. Ltd.. Scale 25.344" to 1 mile ; Discharge by Hopetoun Estates Development Company in favour of Young's Paraffin Light and Mineral Oil Company Limited (1939). Typed with signatures. Dated 1st and 3rd July 1939. Includes plan showing ground on Kilpunt for railway from Newliston Mine to Edinburgh to Bathgate railway. Scale 25" to 1 mile.
