Geddes in Reference between late John Young of Addiewell and Young's Paraffin Light and Mineral Oil Company Limited concerning lease of coal and shale under his lands at Polbeth, West Calder and Edinburgh. Dated 18th March 1895. Hand written with signatures. Hole in document where presumably stamp would be. Includes plan showing land occupied and damaged by Young's Paraffin Light Co. on the Polbeth estate dated Septemebr 1893, scale 3/4" to 100'.
