Pages 27 & 30 to 39; Minute of Agreement between the Pumpherston Estates Limited and The Pumpherston Oil Company Limited, dated 1930, allowing the oil company to continue to occupy certain areas of land wayleave etc in the vicinity of Pumpherston works on Pumpherston Estate. These areas include damaged ground around No. 4 mine and wayleaves for various services. Embossed with the POC seal. Includes a coloured ink sketch on waxed linen showing the areas of land and the layout of buildings within the works. There are two copies of this document, one with a bound plan, one in which the plan is loose. Also a photocopy of the document with a hand-coloured photocopy of the plan
