Minute of Agreement between The Right Honourable Viscount Chilston and Young's Paraffin Light and Mineral Oil Company (Limited), 1919. Details the agreement that the tenants (Young's Paraffin Light and Mineral Oil Company Limited) are able to access all the coal lying in and under the lands of Baads in the parish of West Clader and County of Midlothian but also discusses Iron Pyrites (known as "Prasses") and the agreement states that removal of these from the land also warrants a payment of a Lordship of three pence halfpenny per Ton.
