Notes by the Arbiter between Uphall Oil Company and Mr T. Nimmo Kirkland Farm Near Winchburgh Details the dispute between Thomas Nimmo and the Uphall Oil Company Limited regarding loss, injury or damage to Thomas Nimmo's land by the construction of the new railway from Forkneuk to Niddry in the year ending 1882. The arbiter details his final sentence regarding the matter and finds that the Uphall Oil Company Limited is due to pay Thomas Nimmo the sum of ten pounds and eighteen shillings with added interest of five per centum per annum from the fifteenth day of December 1882 until paid and also the sum of sixteen pounds, eight shillings and eight pence with added interest of five per centum per annum from the fifteenth day of December 1882 until paid.
