Dated 1925. Includes letter from South Of Scotland Electricity Board to The County Clerk, West Lothian County Council, County Buildings, Linlithgow concerning the BATHGATE- BIRNIEHILL ABATTOIR of Laying and maintaining a Power Cable for supply of Electrical Energy through Lands of Birniehill. The letter states that they have no record of aforementioned cable and suggest contacting Mr Brodie, Secretary at Scottish Oils Limited who may be able to shed some light on the situation. They also note that they are returning all of the original letters and documents that West Lothian Council had sent with their enquiry. These include Drawing No. W3194B of Bathgate - Birniehill Abbatoir, which has no scale or date.
