Minute of Let and Agreement between the Earl of Rosebery and The Pumpherston Oil Company Limited, letting further area to The Pumpherston Oil Company Limited and altering fixed rent and royalties and also letting the seam of Houston Coal. Dated 28th November 1900, 3rd December 1901 and recorded on 31st December 1901. Details the agreement between The Pumpherston Oil Company Limited and The Earl of Rosebery regarding the working of the seam of coal on the Earl's land.
