Description
Correspondence associated with the quarry. Two letters from Russell & Dunlop, dated 29th September and 7th October 1892 and a reply from John Fyfe of Young's Paraffin Co. Ltd, concerning the traffic and wayleave payments associated with Binny Quarry following the failure of the quarry's management company. Also included is a note dated 22nd April 1896 authorising a payment of £100 as compensation for the rock under the mineral railway on the Binny Estate remaining unworked.
