Registers and Records of Scotland, Books of Council and Session, Extract Registered Agreement among the Right Honourable the Earl of Buchan, the Trustees for Strathbrock and Kirkhall Estates and the Broxburn Oil Company Limited relating to the termination of certain leases of ground at Broxburn for houses, works and putting down spent shale. Dated 1st May 1933 and registered 8th June 1933. Includes a plan referred to in the extract with a hand written note that states: "This is the Plan referred to in the foregoing Minute of Agreement between The Right Honourable Shipley Gordon Stuart Erskine, Earl of Buchan, the Trustees for Strathbrock and Kirkhill Estates and The Broxburn Oil Company Limited, dated 1st May 1933 &c and Registered 8th June 1933." The plan shows the area of Greendykes and areas on the plan referred to in the extract are highlighted in pink. Scale is 1/2 inch = 100 feet.
