Description

David and Alice Halkett's eldest child Jim (left) together with his friend “Eckie” Forbes taken in or around Dalmeny Rows sometime between 1912 and 1918. David Halkett (1880-1920) and his wife Alice (nee Davis) (1879-1961) lived in Dalmeny Rows with their three children Jim (born 1903), Tom (born 1905) and Alice (born 1912), together with David’s cousins the Livingstons between 1912 and circa 1918.
