Ramsay, Telephone Manager's Office, dated 30th December 1947. Granting consent to the placing of six poles and three stays from a point on Greendykes Road to Hayscraigs, Broxburn. 3. Consent between Post Office Telegraphs and Broxburn Oil Company dated 30th December 1947 for the proposed six poles and three stays. 4. Memorandum from Middleton Hall, Uphall to The Broxburn Oil Company Limited, stating that they offer no objection to the siting of these poles but that they wish to have a man on the ground before carrying out any work as they have two high tension cables on the route of this pole line.
