Minutes of meetings/agreements/conference between the two aforementioned bodies, relating to the difference of opinion in the interpretation of clause in the agreement regarding wages due to workers at No. 7 Mine, Philpstoun who were idle before the expiry of their notice. Mentioned in the agreement was Thomas McKerrell, from Ministry of Labour, Mr. W. Fraser of Scottish Oils and Robert Simpson of the Scottish Shale Miners' Association.
