Agreement between Hopetoun Estate Development Company and Young's Paraffin Light and Mineral Oil Company Limited, relating to the payment of £8,000 in lieu of restoration of 80 acres of ground remaining unrestored at the termination (Whitsunday 1936) of the tenant's Lease of Hopetoun Minerals. Dated 19th and 29th December 1939. Typed and signed document. Attached is a Valuation and Rating Act 1956 which details the sum of £27:1:4d due paid by Young's Paraffin Light and Mineral Oil Company Limited to Major M. I.
