DRUNK AND INCAPABLE
George Bain, a fireman, residing at Oakbank Place, Winchburgh, was charged - before Bailie Munro on Monday - with being found drunk and incapable in Hamilton's Close on Saturday, 5th inst. Accused failed to appear, and forfeited bail of 7s 6d.
