MR.JAMES KIDD. Mr.Fraser reported the retiral on account of ill-health of Mr. James Kidd, Manager of the Edinburgh Branch of The Scottish Oil Agency, Ltd., after 50 years service with Young's Company and 5 years with the Agency. Mr. Kidd was a most capable man and had given specially good service during this long term of years , and Mr. Fraser recommended that Young' s Company, in whose employment he had served for the greater part of the period, should be asked to grant him a retiring allowance of £225 per annum, to which the Board agreed.
