Description
Split in two parts to reduce file size The volume contains the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of the Company (from the third, held on 27th May 1921 to the final Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company (in Liquidation) on 30th November 1933. Attached in the volume are the printed reports of the Directors and Balance Sheets of the Company (signed copies) along with a copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company and a typed copy of an agreement between the Scottish Oil Agency Limited and the Scottish Shale Oil Companies.
