Square table clock with white face with black dials and roman numerals in plastic green wood effect frame with marquetry effect decoration. Reads: 'The BP Society 2000' on the front. Gold plastic cover for battery at the back and plastic leather effect backing to the clock. Separate card reads: 'The BP Society. This gift is sent to mark the Millennium and comes with the best wishes of the President, Chairman and Council members of the BP Society.'
Robert Rae worked for BP throughout his working life as a clerk in the accounts department. This clock was given to his wife, Margaret Rae.
