Description
The Testament Testamentar of Amqubile of George Fergusson Maitland of Hermand in the County of Edinburgh dated 1877.
Prepared by the Lancashire Insurance Company, Manchester, on 4th July 1877. George Fergusson Maitland resided in Hermand House which was subsequently sold to James Thornton who launched the Hermand Oil Company Limited. George Fergusson Maitland died at Leamington on 8th October 1876.
