Certificate on cream thick paper. Certificate of Qualification of Fireman, Examiner, or Deputy under Section 15 (1) (b). This is to Certify that Robert Crichton residing at The Neuk, Philpstoun, has been duly examined and has satisfied the examiners - (a) That he is able to make accurate tests (so far as practicable with a safety lamp) for inflammable gas; (b) That he is able to measure the uantity of air in an air current; (c) That his hearing is such as to enable him to carry out efficiently the duties of Fireman, Examiner, or Deputy. November 5, 1912
