Undated completion report on War Department Satellite Factory S.I near Bo'ness. Dated The work was carried out by Scottish Oils Limited, a subsidiary of the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company Limited under the direction of the Chairman, Sir William Fraser, C.B.E., Honorary Petrol Adviser to the War Office. The factory developed was of a double line type, capable of producing 10, 000 four gallon non-returnable tins per single shift.
