In general the minutes deal with Annual Accounts, appointments and resignations to the Board, Pension Scheme, and various activities unber the Companies Acts. They also deal with the Transfer of Assets and Liabities of The Broxburn Oil Company Limited, The Oakbank Oil Company and The Pumpherston Oil Company to the Company and compensation for Baads Colliery following Nationalisation of the Coal Industry. Other areas covered result from the contraction of the shale oil industry.
