  • It was reported that on 7th May, 1930, Lease, in duplicate, between the Trustees of the Countess Dowager of Seafield and the Agency of ground extending to 31 1/2 poles at Grantown for the erection of a bulk motor spirit and oil depot, for a period of 20 years from Martinmas 1929 with breaks in favour of the tenants at 1939 and 1944 on twelve months' notice, at a rent of £5 per annum, was executed on behalf of the Company, which was confirmed.
