• The Secretary reported that the minute of lease between Wick Harbour Trustees and the Company, of lot of ground at South Quay, Pulteney Harbour at a rent of £6.18/- per annum were executed on behalf of the company on the 28th April 1921 which was confirmed Meeting of Directors of the Scottish Oil Agency 12th May 1921. • The Scottish Oil Agency Ltd agreed a lease in 1926 for a piece of ground at Wick as a store for motor spirit, burning, and other oils, and also for a wayleave for a pipeline. See full record 183530 page 39
• It was reported that on 26th February 1926, Lease, in duplicate, between Mrs. Harper and The Scottish Oil Agency, Ltd.of a piece of ground at Wick for the erection thereon of depot for 21 years from Martinmas 1925. with breaks in favour of the tenants at the end of the tenth and fifteenth years, at a rent of £25 per annum, was executed on behalf of the Company, which was confirmed.
